✈️ Airports for the Bolingbrook Host Hotel

Chicago is served by two major airports. The convention host hotel is in Bolingbrook, southwest of downtown Chicago, so airport planning should be based on the hotel address rather than downtown distances.

• Midway International Airport (MDW) — approximately 20 miles by driving route to Holiday Inn & Suites Bolingbrook; travel time varies with traffic.
• O'Hare International Airport (ORD) — approximately 28 miles by driving route to Holiday Inn & Suites Bolingbrook; travel time varies with traffic.

Distances are approximate driving-route estimates to 205 Remington Blvd. IHG confirms this hotel address and notes airport shuttle service is not available for either MDW or ORD.

🚕 Ground Transportation

• Rideshare or taxi: Available at both airports. Check the app or dispatcher for live pricing before you commit.
• Rental car: Available at both airports and practical for attendees staying in Bolingbrook, especially if you plan independent Chicago-area activities.
• CTA trains: CTA trains serve downtown Chicago but do not directly serve the Bolingbrook hotel. The Blue Line connects O'Hare with downtown; the Orange Line connects Midway with the Loop. You would still need a separate car, rideshare, taxi, or regional-transit connection to reach the hotel.
• Hotel local shuttle: IHG lists a complimentary, pre-arranged local shuttle within a five-mile radius, subject to availability and advance scheduling with the front desk. Airport shuttle service is not available.
