Who is the Chapter Delegate?
Each active chapter in good standing is entitled to send one (1) official voting delegate to the National Convention. The delegate must be a dues-current member designated by the chapter president.
The delegate holds voting rights on all legislation and officer elections during business sessions.
Billing Process
- Chapter registers their delegate(s) through Hi.Events
- Invoice is generated and emailed to the chapter treasurer
- Payment due within 30 days of registration or by the deadline, whichever is sooner
- Contact convention@impshow.com for chapter invoicing questions
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full refund and transfer policies will be published with the early-bird deadline announcement. The following is a general framework:
- Cancellations before [Date TBD]: full refund minus a processing fee
- Cancellations between [Date TBD] and [Date TBD]: 50% refund
- Cancellations after [Date TBD]: no refund. Ticket may be transferred to another member.
- Transfers: Contact convention@impshow.com at least 48 hours before the convention
